We worked with Brett after going down a YouTube rabbit hole for our move to Florida. I reached out to Brett and he quickly got back to me with a time to connect over video chat. We were able to meet up at one of my communities of interest during a family trip down to the Sarasota area to scout the area. Brett spent nearly two hours discussing the move with me as well as my options and after that point, I felt like I was talking to a friend. Brett is knowledgeable, easy going and relatable. His advice saved me a lot of money on the house that we eventually ended up purchasing. Brett was everything you would want in a realtor. We were living in Texas and looking to buy in Tampa and he knew the pros and cons of all the areas. We gave him a list of the houses we had interest in and he made an efficient schedule for the couple days we had to look at houses. After figuring out the style we liked he suggested we look at some houses and we eventually bought one he suggested! He was present through the whole buying process and answered lots of questions.
